Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production Planning
∎ Monitoring and controlling all production processes
∎ Manage and optimize production schedules, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources and budget
∎ Following up on overall production
∎ Achieving production target
∎ Managing and controlling all production staff and getting their best output
∎ Maintaining & controlling the daily operations
∎ Ensuring quality of products
∎ Ensuring the safety of the workers
∎ Coordinating with factory Supply Chain to keep track of Raw Materials and Sales orders
∎ Maintaining factory compliance and keeping the factory ready for any visit
∎ Manage and train production staff, ensuring they have the skills and resources to perform their roles effectively

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management in a battery factory

Salary: Tk. 45000 - 75000 (Monthly)
