∎ M.Sc/B.Sc in Textile in Industrial Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Garment production
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to Management to set the targets and drafting and designing the layout of the machine, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency.
∎ Maintain IE Department SOP and KPI's
∎ Minimize wastage and ensure the productivity & efficiency of total production process.
∎ Implementation of various tools and techniques of LEAN & 5's.
∎ Report Monthly to Management of Achieved production in Terms Cutting, Sewing, Finishing and Shipment quantity.
∎ Ensure the accuracy of all data and reports.
∎ Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
∎ Motivate the team to achieve planned targets.
∎ Conduct Training with the team as required.
∎ Communicate about development status with concerned Product developer/Merchandiser/Designer as needed.
∎ Communicate with management, staff and workers to develop production and design standards.
∎ Work on method improvement and SMW reduction & follow up.
∎ Conduct daily and weekly fabric and production meeting & continuous follow-up of every confirmed order.
∎ Coordinate with Sewing Line chief and Line Supervisors for line feeding & related task.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior pertaining to safety, quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge (Sewing, Finishing, Cutting);
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali writing, reading & speaking;
∎ Up to date knowledge on related equipment/machinery;
∎ Should have good negotiation skill to represent the plan to production management;
∎ Good leadership and motivation skills;
∎ Communication & Collaboration,
∎ Critical thinking & Problem solving;
∎ Leading people, Planning & Organizing, Adaptability;
∎ Strong work ethic.
