• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, measurement, and quality standards.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Lead and manage the 1st Bulk approval process from sample submission to final approval.

• Review bulk garments to ensure compliance with buyer specifications, quality standards, measurements, and workmanship requirements.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Quality, Technical, and Planning teams for timely approvals.

• Identify quality and production issues during the bulk approval stage and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure all buyer comments and requirements are properly communicated and executed.

• Monitor approval timelines to avoid production delays.

• Analyze approval failures and establish preventive measures for continuous improvement.

• Maintain approval records, reports, and related documentation.

• Communicate directly with buyers and internal stakeholders regarding approval status and quality concerns.

• Lead and develop the 1st Bulk team to ensure operational excellence.
