Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To have knowledge of production planning for export, corporate & local order and complete production as per schedule time.
∎ To have knowledge roller head drawing, roller adjustment & machine setting process.·
∎ To follow the procedure of just time production management·
∎ To have knowledge proper manpower planning as per production target·
∎ To keep and maintain all jigger production related log book, daily production forming and loss report.·
∎ To produce forming quality product with minimum loss.
∎ To coordinate with mechanical and electrical section if any problem found of jigger machine·
∎ To have good interpersonal and Communication skill.
∎ To monitor and enforce strict quality control standards to ensure products meet company from Jigger and casting section.
∎ To supervise and manage BKL section workers, ensuring they adhere to company environment and productivity targets.
∎ To overseeing biscuit ware good finishing quality. Ensure availability of ware for production. ·
∎ To direction to employee suggest improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage. ·
∎ To Provide training to new employees and existing team members on best practices, new processes.
∎ To maintain production logs book, report posting, and submit regular reports to senior management.·
∎ Always make co-ordination with the preceding section and the succeeding section for proper feedback and control.
∎ To assign any other task by the top management.
∎ To receive and monitor GK firing product from GKL section to ensure quality and consistency. ·
∎ To ensure that the finished white ware ceramics meet the company’s quality standards, monitoring aspects such as quality, glaze, shape, and durability.
∎ To divide the different selection team to ensure that selected product and ware are correctly segregate export quality, A class and other classes. ·
∎ To maintain specific records of selected ware, production report and provide feedback to management and production head.
∎ To maintain proper white & color stock report and C class report should prepared.
∎ Train staff or new employees on ware handling, selection, quality standards, and production processes.
∎ To communicate with export, corporate and local marketing for update order and shape wise selection ware report.
