To support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing and brand initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand positioning

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing and brand strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Assist in brand positioning, brand architecture, and pricing strategy development under senior leadership guidance.

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, advertising, trade marketing, events, and promotional platforms.

  • Ensure brand messaging consistency across all communication channels, including digital platforms, websites, email campaigns, POS materials, and events.

  • Support creative development processes to deliver impactful and engaging brand communications.

  • Assist in new product development initiatives, product portfolio planning, and market launch execution.

  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities, risks, and trends.

  • Monitor product distribution performance and collect market and consumer feedback for improvement initiatives.

  • Track, measure, and report marketing campaign performance including ROI, KPIs, and market impact.

  • Analyze brand performance, market trends, and consumer insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Assist in setting campaign benchmarks, budgets, and market projections.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Production) to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Work closely with sales and channel teams to enhance brand visibility, demand generation, and channel effectiveness.

  • Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of marketing activities.

  • Support ongoing marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.

  • Contribute innovative ideas for brand building, consumer engagement, and business growth initiatives.
