∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on recruitment, HR budgeting, data analysis, and employee engagement.
∎ Strong background in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assists in strategic recruitment
∎ Places students in the suitable SMU in coordination with the SBU HR
∎ Prepares section/departments organogram in coordination with the concerned line manager/HOF/HOD
∎ Conducts one to one session to draft individuals’ current job role, area of interest and other relevant information for analyzing workload of a particular individual/department and give recommendations to ensure proper utilization of resources.
∎ Justifies and validate department wise manpower allocation as mentioned in the organogram
∎ Develop and manage the annual HR department budget, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals.
∎ Monitor and track HR spending, ensuring adherence to budget allocations.
∎ Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual vs. projected spending and propose corrective actions.
∎ Analyze HR data (headcount, compensation, benefits) to provide insights that inform budget and resource decisions.
∎ Develop and implement performance metrics to track the effectiveness of HR-related expenditures.
∎ Prepare financial reports and presentations for HR leadership and senior management.
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive HR audit plans including questioner’s preparation to assess the effectiveness and compliance of HR functions.
∎ Conduct audits of HR processes, including recruitment, employee benefits, compensation, training, performance management, and employee relations.
∎ Ensure that HR operations align with legal and regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and industry best practices.
∎ Facilitate structured exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback on their work experience, reasons for leaving, and potential improvements to organizational culture.
∎ Ensure a confidential, open, and non-judgmental environment during exit interviews to promote honest feedback.
∎ Schedule and conduct stay interviews with current employees to assess job satisfaction, career development needs, and overall engagement.
∎ Identify potential retention risks, and understand why employees remain with the organization.
∎ Build strong relationships with employees to encourage openness and honesty in stay interviews.
∎ Gather all relevant information to ensure newsletter publishing deadlines (Quarterly) are met
∎ Collaborate with IT team and other relevant incumbents on new newsletter deliverables
∎ Organize layout and select photos and graphics for newsletters
