Educational Requirements:
∎ B.sc in Mechanical Engineering from BUET/KUET/ RUET/CUET/DUET/AUST or any reputed Public university/Diploma in mechanical engineering with minimum 10/12 years of experience
∎ Any third class not allowed
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He will Responsible to make a plans monthly or yearly basis about the machine maintenance/Schedule of all equipment’s and machineries.
∎ Able to perform root cause analysis and resolve problems accordingly.
∎ To supervise / Monitor repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment’s related to sewing machineries.
∎ To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like RSC, H&M, Tesco, Sainsbury along with other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety etc.
∎ To ensure the safety of working people through compliance maintaining Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ Solve problems in a timely manner and to identify opportunities for improvement.
∎ Maintain computerized and necessary document and information.
∎ Must be reside near factory after joining.
∎ Maintain proper label of confidentiality and appropriate business practice in dealing with and for the company and its management.
∎ Bound by the terms and condition, polices, rules and regulations of company or any new terms & conditions, polices, rules and regulations that will be applied in future.
∎ These are the key duties and responsibilities for the post and they are subject to regular review. Any significant changes to the rule will be subject to consultation with HOD.
∎ Any other relate job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Must have sound knowledge on smooth operation of electronics types of machinery and maintenance
∎ Pleasing personality, ability to deal with the customers with a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Smart in situation handling.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.
