Job Responsibilities:
∎ Orienting and Training to the employees regarding Products, Service & Etiquettes.
∎ Check the unavailability products to Auto-replenishment system for parameter right or wrong.
∎ Check system stock and physical stock is right or variance.
∎ Daily training, motivation, and supervision of Departmental employees
∎ Identifying current and future customer requirements by establishing relationship with potential and actual customers
∎ Maintaining inventories
∎ Executing Display Shelving plans as directed by Visual Merchandiser
∎ Securing merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
∎ Protecting employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
∎ Maintaining the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
∎ Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending Training Sessions taken by Operation Managers
∎ Leading & Contributing to team for accomplishing target related sales results as needed.
∎ Ensuring the presence of Price Tag on Each & every merchandise
∎ Ensuring availability of merchandise and services.
∎ Enforced sound merchandising and loss control strategies; executed corporate programs, and ensured optimal customer satisfaction
∎ Responsible for keeping the records of the products, damaged product, sales and requirements
∎ Completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints
∎ Managing and Overseeing stock control
∎ Working on sales target achievement
∎ Ensuring the elimination of Near Expiry Products.
∎ Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years

∎ Strong Communication, Multitasking, Technical skills.
∎ Proficiency in computer operating system & software (MS Excel, MS Word).
