∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Textile R&D and sample development along with the expertise on Dyeing Finishing process.
∎ Follow-up and organized dyeing sample development work.
∎ Operation and follow-up dyeing develop sampling smooth and easy as per customer requirements.
∎ Maintaining good communication with buyer, follow-up and with sampling for developing styling.
∎ Continue excellent collaboration with production, follow-up and with variety as per customer necessities.
∎ Developing creative ideas and concepts.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop new fabric from Buyer by leading a R&D team combined with both knitting and dyeing technicians.
∎ To develop an archive for fabric with all records of manufacturing parameter.
∎ To execute and coordinate all activities of R&D department on to ensure excellent support to Buyer.
∎ To deliver all R&D sample parameter and precautionary steps to Bulk responsible department and ensure the execution procedure.
∎ Vast knowledge about verities Yarn / Fabric / Knitting, Dyeing and Dyeing Finishing process.
∎ Vast knowledge about fabric design with knitting.
∎ Yarn analysis with Composition test.
∎ Fabric Analysis with composition test.
∎ To know about fabric test requirements.
∎ To develop new sample for factory out of Buyer requirement for excellence of the department.
∎ To report all departmental requirements and activities to relevant superior.
