Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Government project, Tender Management, Tender Processing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven Experience in successful bidding of GOB, ADB, JICA and WB-funded projects.
∎ A detailed review of Tender documents: Technical bid, Specification, Price bid (BOQ) inquiry, Submittal & Drawings.
∎ Preparing Tender Documents, Create Technical & Financial documents, Tender Submission.
∎ Preparing documents for attending E-GP (online) Tender.
∎ Studying Tender documents, Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & necessary clause of Tender Schedule.
∎ Preparing EOI, RFQ and PQ and timely submission and follow-up.
∎ Preparing drafting (Bengali/English languages) for Joint Venture (JV) agreement, Power of Attorney, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), rental agreement, part-time job agreement Consortium Agreement and other documents.
∎ Ability to prepare tender documents independently.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
