∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To organize and prepare factory for facing RSC/Accord/Various Buyers along with other ethical / environmental/ technical/ electrical and fire safety etc
∎ Plan and supervise Schedule maintenance of process machinery, Utility machinery and HVAC.
∎ Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the plant / machinery and take corrective measures.
∎ Record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new project.
∎ Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required materials.
∎ Submit annual budget for Machineries & Utility Dept.
∎ Evaluate performance of employees under Mechanical & Utility Dept. and submit recommendations to plant head.
∎ Co-ordinate with various dept. & ensure smooth operation of plant.
∎ Supervision of erection, commissioning of machinery.
∎ Exchange views with local / expatriate consultants to solve different problems arose from Electrical & Pneumatic system.
∎ Prepare & submit daily, weekly / monthly report on preventive maintenance, emergency / breakdown maintenance, overhauling & other stoppage time for the plant & machinery.
