Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate having exposure in business development of construction equipment & spare parts in construction projects, bridge and infrastructure Development
∎ The candidate must have the product knowledge of various kinds of construction equipment such as Excavator, Wheel Loader, Backhoe Loader, Crane, Fork Lift & concrete machines, etc.
∎ To play a leading role to execute the company's annual sales for construction equipment & achieve reasonably given sales targets.
∎ Visit most of the infrastructure projects across the country for business development.
∎ Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on market information, market characteristics, etc
∎ Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
∎ Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
∎ Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports.
∎ Ensure receiving of L/C and timely payment collection from the respective party.
∎ Responsible for pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, and market research and brand strategy.
∎ Prepare Product Sourcing, Planning, Estimation, Cost Analysis, and BOQ & Commercial Offer for Products or services.
∎ Having an excellent knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator CS, etc.
∎ Having excellent Leadership & Negotiation skill, work measurement, bill checking & valuation with customers & vendors for payment.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong ability to communicate over email
∎ May have to travel widely across the country.
Salary: Negotiable
