Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify the loop hole in the present system and work for continuous development to achieve the highest quality and standard
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments
∎ Make Q.A inspection plan with production and material department
∎ Take responsible for overall quality assurance/Quality Control in the factory
∎ Set Q.A team and ensure that targets are achieved
∎ Responsible to assure overall production quality as fixed standard
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard
∎ Setting internal standards as per the customer standards and follow accordingly to achieve the standards
∎ Maintain controls and documentation procedures
∎ Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood & followed
∎ Initiate systems to improve the quality if necessary
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Must have good understanding of DHU / DPHU (Defect per Hundred Units) and control mechanism
∎ Excellent understanding and working knowledge on European Buyer and Brand
∎ Excellent leadership skills to lead the Quality Team
∎ Should have the positive attitude to implement new ideas and system
∎ Ready to work under pressure and extended hours to achieve the desire quality standard
∎ Independently managing capacity to Q.C, Buyers and inspection team
∎ Good training and networking skills
∎ Good sense of alertness and decision making skills
∎ Excellent analytical skills
Salary: Negotiable
