Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Bachelor/ Diploma in Leather Engineering or Textile Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CAD, Production, Production Management (Sewing), Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have deep knowledge of Leather & PVC goods production.
∎ Having knowledge about Quality Systems, Regulations, Guidelines, Audits and AQL Standards.
∎ Must be capable to accomplish the in line and per-shipment and final Inspection.
∎ Monitor daily report and analyze feedback for corrective and productive action.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard with CAP correction.
∎ Handling Quality Assurance Issue.
∎ Responsible for directing workers for engaging in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.
∎ Properly select raw materials for vested output, plan for quality assurance.
∎ Must have knowledge of sample development; approve sample, swatch matching and finishing quality in order to maintain a good standard product for executing shipment smoothly for the nominated customer.
∎ Responsible for developing and implementing methods and procedures that would minimize costs
∎ Responsible for reporting to the higher level for making the proper assessment of the quality control.
∎ Responsible for reducing the differences between the different unit which are linked for preserving the quality control
∎ Accurately evaluate that the end products conform to set standards.
∎ Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve each and every stage of the production process.
∎ Having knowledge of 4-point Quality Control System.
∎ Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged for inspection of fabrics quality.
∎ Ensuring the produced fabrics is matched with buyer's requirement.
∎ Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process.
∎ Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.
∎ Conduct pre finals and packaging audits to ensure 100% final inspections pass rate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge and communication skill on Japanese Language will get special preference.
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge on computer operations (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
