Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement, maintain a right Quality Management System
∎ Ensure that the QMS is in place & working as envisaged
∎ Ensure that the existing QMS satisfy the buyer
∎ Look for ways of improving existing QMS so as to exceed expectations of the customer
∎ Ensure buyer’s QA specifications properly
∎ Ensure AQL of the Buyer & company
∎ Ensure all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected & documented
∎ Ensure all goods coming in the store are rigorously inspected for quality & quantity
∎ Ensure Traffic Light Chart system of in the line inspection system
∎ Implement both preventive & remedial measures against occurrence of any defect/QA issues
∎ Ensure continuous training to QA/QC/Others to enhance their quality improvement skill
∎ Ensure rigorous control of rejects/re work/quality fault
∎ Make a yearly Plan for improvement of quality
∎ Prepare a quality manual for the company and ensure that quality manual includes all policy, procedures, methods & measures so as to unify actions
∎ Ensure inspection of quality goods & ship out goods on time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge of production process, machine and other resources
∎ Good communication skill
