Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality assurance processes.
∎ Oversee all product developments procedures to identify deviation from quality standards and maintain standard quality of garments based on buyer quality guidelines.
∎ Monitoring and checking daily quality report, identify the problems correctly & take action to avoid in future.
∎ Arrange each style PP meeting among the teams. Before starting bulk production collect the approval samples and others paper from concerned merchandising team & coordinate with quality team.
∎ Responsible for ensuring AQL of the company is properly maintain & exceeded & ensure that all incoming, in-process goods are properly inspected & documented.
∎ Ensuring that traffic light Chart system of line inspection system is installed & working.
∎ Responsible for fabric checking to shipment, generate daily reports on quality checking and quality passed products, and guide the quality team in every department to ensure the best quality output
∎ Responsible to ensure quality and shipment with zero defects as per buyer's direction.
∎ Technical & Critical knowledge on garments manufacturing as well as sampling, inline and final Inspection, day-to-day production follow up
∎ All technical issues checking & then go for test cutting.
∎ Develop the quality standard, rules & regulation for achieving the quality of the Garments.
∎ Plans, promotes & organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Follow up output garments measurement based on approval sample.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective production, IE & QA team to get the corrective action.
∎ Coordination with buyer's representative in inspection & audit matters.
∎ Ensure reduce garments defects & make action plan for analyzing the problem.
∎ Make sure all quality requirements are being followed in production & ensure on time shipment as per buyers quality level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should have good knowledge at G.P.Q Handling, Lab test & Pre-Final & Final Inspection.
∎ Smart, energetic & well confident to work in any difficult environment.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality assurance methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Able to lead the QA team and develop the QA system according to company's QA manual.
∎ Able to conduct inspection by counter-checking inspection file to check the production status, fabric, accessories and measurement, style, packing and workmanship, etc. to ensure that the requirement of the buyers meet.
∎ Good Communication skill in English & Bengali.
∎ Good computer knowledge in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Power Point)
