Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to ensure factories overall quality system all reports, SOP’s etc.
∎ Responsible to develop quality and working system by better knowledge.
∎ Introduce and train up people newly and upcoming system and procedure.
∎ Ensuring all report format are maintaining as per ISO with version number.
∎ Conduct risk assessment for each style prior input of the style and take precautionary steps as per risk rating.
∎ Conducting product safety audit / QMS / Ding Talk report throughout the facility.
∎ Communicate with snap supplier and merchant to issue bulk data sheet.
∎ Maintaining master list of calibration for equipment and update time to time for calibration.
∎ Determines appropriate test methodologies to ensure that products meet safety standards for functionality, performance, durability, safety and performs tests.
∎ Maintain and follow-up 5S system setting in working place.
∎ To ensure all people well known there criteria sop.
∎ Responsible to ensure proper brand protection management
∎ Ensuring sharp tools control procedure is being maintained.
∎ Ensuring metal detection procedure is being maintained.
∎ Follow up and ensure the total metal detection procedure and disposal.
∎ Responsible to make periodical inventory of the sharp tool items and make necessary purchase request as per requirement.
∎ Checking heat seal machines temperature and pressure for required safety (minimum 2 times per day).
∎ According to the data sheet check the bonding test of fusing/ interlining (minimum 2 time per day) is happening.
∎ Controlling the Broken / Needle control policy/ Sharp tools.
∎ Randomly auditing pull test reports and requirements.
∎ Doing the required testing of products during 1st bulk to maintain optimum product safety.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Those who are already working with buyer Carter’s.
∎ Good communication & Presentation skill in English.
∎ Knowledge on documentation & analytical skills.
