Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and improve quality procedures, systems, work instructions, forms and checklists and continually improve guidelines.
∎ Ensure reduce garments defects and make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the quality issues.
∎ Oversee the day to day functions with members of QA, PD, Merchandising, Design & Development department.
∎ Conducts floor audits and manage first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ To ensure on time shipment as per buyers quality level.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters.
∎ First output review against the sample. Follow up first output garment measurement report.
∎ To ensure buyer compliance. Conduct team meetings, staff development & coaching to meet highest quality standard.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge on all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality systems.
∎ Must have at least 6 years of working experience in any reputed woven garments factory under QA department.
Salary: Tk. 55000 - 65000 (Monthly)
