∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): engineering purchase, Local Purchase, Purchase Department
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Washing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procuring quality Product at minimum price for Local purchase specially engineering, Design & development, production item, merchandising local requirement.
∎ Analyze all the purchase requisition as well as preparing a purchase plan accordingly.
∎ Sourcing from suppliers by applying company business processes, policy and control, as well go through necessary activities for processing the Purchase Order (PO) to concern Suppliers.
∎ Visit local market for analyzing current market situation as well as to create new supplier.
∎ Follow up concern supplier regarding the order as well as scheduling for transportation accordingly. Coordinate with MCD, END User as well as supplier for handling ordered items & machinery properly.
∎ Follow up entire bill and Process the bill voucher and follow-up until final payment.
∎ Responsible to purchase cash as per the Company policy as well as maintain the cash Account accordingly.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers for the calibration of certain machinery.
∎ Responsible for documentary work as well as update current data for time to time assigned by Higher Authority.
∎ Any other job assigned by Head Office.
∎ To prepare KPI & Procurement status timely and submit it to Departmental Head.
