∎ We are looking for an experienced Asst. manager, Production to organize and oversee the manufacturing of products. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.
∎ We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. If you are up to it, we`d like to talk to you.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and organizing production as per demand from retail, modern trade, Pharma, and ad hoc requirements.
∎ Manpower handling for the entire packing unit to ensure maximum utilization and minimized employee turnover.
∎ Overseeing production processes, Quality, and Maintenance of the packing unit.
∎ Arrange transport facilities for retail, modern trade, and pharma delivery and minimize transport costs.
∎ Monthly stock counting and closing report submit to operation and finance department.
∎ PM & RM Requisition submits to the concerned authority.
∎ Ensure Quality Control for Production and Incoming Packing materials.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety protocols are adhered to.
∎ Monitor production to resolve issues.
∎ Monitoring & supervision of all types of products and ensure its quality also report to the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Deep knowledge of production management.
∎ Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
∎ Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
∎ Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
∎ Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
∎ Self-motivated and time-oriented.
∎ Strong multi-tasking ability.
∎ Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods business (FMCG).
