Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly production as per targets.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports for management review.
Monitor machine operations, minimize downtime and coordinate with maintenance.
Ensure feed quality meets company and regulatory standards.
Control raw material usage and reduce production wastage.
Lead, train and motivate production staff to improve performance.
Enforce safety, hygiene and compliance standards inside the plant.
Comply with regulatory requirements related to feed production (e.g., HACCP, ISO, GMP).
Implement process improvements for higher efficiency and cost savings.
