∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology.
∎ Masters/ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Educational qualification for highly experienced candidate may be relaxed.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performance of Baby dyeing function is a key responsibility.
∎ Responsible for daily dyeing production out put & hitting the daily targets with least rejection.
∎ Also fully responsible for managing Machine Operators in Shifts with zero negative impact in production.
∎ Ensure the most accurate wet processing functions (in the dye house & finishing) in the production and color lab performance in terms of shade RFT.
∎ Dyeing program feeding in the MC PLC and smooth machine running establishment.
∎ Any other tasks assign by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Word, Excel.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
