Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile engineering/MBA/ Masters in any discipline from any recognized and reputed University.
∎ Candidates with Industrial Engineering course done will be given priority.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Buying House, Garments, Garments Manufacturing, Garments Production, Garments Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Buying House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicants must have in depth knowledge of Garment Production process (Woven/ Knit) to determine productivity.
∎ Must have experience of effective Production planning and its efficient implementation by driving the IE department.
∎ Monitoring & scheduling of orders with merchandisers for effective production and shipment planning.
∎ Building relationship with merchandising department & production people for smooth execution of orders and shipment.
∎ Maintain smooth supply chain management for all kinds of items with required quality and quantity. Initiatives for Source, develop, procure required raw materials for our manufacturing.
∎ Procurement of raw material for confirmed orders, meeting delivery schedules, quality specifications and process requirements.
∎ Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning utilizing available man and machine.
∎ Supervise and drive the IE and planning staff to ensure on time arrival of raw materials and maintain production schedules.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by Management as per company requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
∎ Must have excellent computer skills especially MS Excel & MS Word.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Applicant must have detail knowledge about SMV calculation and Productivity target estimation (Cutting Sewing finishing etc).
∎ Analyze production plans and operational performances.
∎ Must possess sound knowledge in supply chain management system and keep liazon supply chain department.
∎ Must be well-behaved having good inter-personal skills.
∎ Must have minimum 05-07 years Experience in Production Planning/ Supply Chain in reputed Woven & Knit RMG Factories.
