Responsibilities & Context:
Making action plan to promote the products.
Designing & arranging packing materials.
Pricing, positioning, branding and advertising the products.
Resolving product related problems and ensuring quality of products.
Ensure before and after sales servicing of products.
Preparing product catalogue, literature, brochure & booklets.
Building & maintaining healthy business relations with customers, enhancing customer satisfaction level by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
Gathering market information, forecasting upcoming scenario & perform accordingly.
Determine raw and packaging materials specifications for new products.
Prepare product sample for submission and approval.
Review analytical method, product or market complaints, stability related problems or cost saving needs.
To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
