Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare and also ensure the prepare of proper financial paperwork and procedures and provide required recommendations and make necessary changes.
  • Ensure the deduction of VAT and AIT and deposit them into the government treasury accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and keep up to date on all the fillings and approvals with all regulatory bodies in Bangladesh (such as NBR, RJSC etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with project policies and procedures. Maintain accurate project records and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Prepare a budget and ensure all expenses are within the assigned project budget and verify the completeness of all required supporting documentation for all payment vouchers.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all the payments.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete financial records including reconciliations.
  • To ensure software posting (ERP) accurately and timely.
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Preparation of payroll and uploading payroll sheets for signing.
  • Coordinating with internal and external auditors and assisting them by providing necessary documents.
  • Supervise and guide supply chain team lead in procurement related activities such as implementing best practice procurement strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
  • Check Bill, Voucher, Various report like Stock, Sales, Export, Expenses, Production, Import, Purchase, Time loan adjust, Salary sheet, material consumption etc.
  • To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
