∎ This position will be mainly responsible for performance management (KPI &YPA), role profile development, policy development, training needs analysis and implementation of T&D

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure KPI of all employees with stipulated time and review quarterly.
∎ Ensure Training Needs Analysis (TNA) from yearly performance assessment & probation assessment to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
∎ Develop the best training tools for ensuring training outcomes.
∎ Review training evaluation of courses, objectives & accomplishment.
∎ Ensure yearly training calendar and budget & documentation
∎ Administer training program accordingly
∎ Develop & review all role profiles annually
∎ Ensure and review organogram when as necessary /annually
∎ Maintain & review library and boost up the employee’s personal on development
∎ Contribute to the key position’s recruitment
∎ Continuous personal development related to new job context/challenges
∎ Continuous update on technology

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
∎ Adopt with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
∎ Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
∎ Ability to develop & carry on performance management tools (Specially KPI)
∎ Time line & target oriented
∎ Flexible to work long hours & smart work
∎ Flexible to move for official reason

Salary: Negotiable
