Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Graduation/ Masters/ B.B.A/ M.B.A/ from reputed Organization with good academic result.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Real Estate related works.
∎ Procurement and all type of purchase.
∎ Work with the Business Leadership Council for implementation of all practices and processes.
∎ Assist Head of Talent Management in developing and implementation of Company's Policy, Procedure, and Rules & Regulations. RAJUK, DESCO, WASA, Settlement office, Registry office, Vendor, All type of supplier's management.
∎ Assist Head of Talent Management to carry out audits and survey as and when assigned.
∎ Assist Head of Talent Management in collecting all training needs from the annual appraisals and compile them for assessment of annual training requirement.
∎ Prepare & arrange issuance of various office circulation, internal memo, work order etc.
∎ Arrange different Meetings, Seminars, and Workshops as and when required.
∎ Executive Council Meeting Agenda, Minutes, Reporting and Follow Up.
∎ Responsible to post on-line advertisement for vacancies as per approved manpower requisition.
∎ Short CVs, prepare interview schedule and conduct interviews.
∎ Prepare interview feedback, appointment approval notes and appointment letters.
∎ Able to complete joining formalities of new employees, give orientation and placement.
∎ Maintain and update Personal file of both existing and separated employees.
∎ Ensure that all staff increment have been posted in the personal file as well as HR data file.
∎ Prepare Acceptance letter of resignation upon acceptance of appropriate authority.
∎ Ensure the staff's logistic support, office cleanliness, safety, security & others necessary issues. Confirm desk and tools (e.g. Computer, E-Mail, ID card, Transport, Accessories, and Stationeries etc.).
∎ Ensure Health, Safety, Hygiene and Environment issues of the office premises.
∎ Close coordination with Marketing and Branding Team.
∎ Participate in organization development activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum10 years' experience and at least 03 years' experience in the same position (Preferable in Real Estate)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Engineering, Maintenance, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Operation, Administration & Supervision.
∎ Must have literacy in computer operation and especially on drafting.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area(s): Compliance, Inspection, Administration, Engineering, Marketing and Planning.
∎ Must be very fluent both speaking & writing in English.
