Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing new market worthy styling and unique wash items which will be preferred by all target buyers.
∎ Current overseas fashion trend analysis & applying on design to develop new styles for marketing.
∎ Should have good knowledge about foreign buyers fashion and styling trend.
∎ Must have perfect knowledge about different kinds of fabric and spandex maturity i.e which fabric can tolerate which type of wash.
∎ Proto Sample, SMS Sample development as per buyer requirements and first bulk & production friendly shade band approval from buying office after getting order.
∎ Denim & over dyeing good recipe formulation skill.
∎ Must have good knowledge about over dyeing of piece garment and should be capable of making recipe of- tie dye, dip dye, denim washing and garment dyeing, normal wash, pigment wash, bleach wash, stone wash, acid wash, enzyme wash, sandblasting, caustic wash and super white wash.
∎ All sample washing to follow exactly as per buyer standard.
∎ Review bulk shade fabric panel before cutting with factories, Master Blanket, Mat, Shrinkage, and Fit Sample all kinds of responsibilities.
∎ Maintain exact wash recipe as per approved sample in bulk for smooth production.
∎ Maintain shade control to minimum range in bulk washing.
∎ Making exact costing and analyzing for wash garment, estimating & costing price for wash production from development stage.
∎ Should have good knowledge about all kinds of Lab test parameters and liable to pass lab test samples.
∎ TDS, MSDS, RSL, MRSL, ZDHC, Hazardous Component, All kinds of chemicals certifications confirmation as per buyer requirements for all chemicals before choosing for development.
∎ Good skill about Sustainable dyeing & washes development using laser, E.flow and ozone machine. 15) Low water and chemical use sustainable wash development capability. (This development is higher price order)
∎ Development recipe formulation with lower EIM scores. 1
∎ Risk analysis of garment during development for further smooth wash production.
∎ Maintain urgency of samples during development for fast delivery.
∎ Good knowledge about both dry and wet process of sampling both denim & dyeing.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage team and deal with multilevel buyers.
∎ Developing system work & merge all development in production friendly way.
∎ Should be proactive as well as reactive and able to work in a pressured environment.
∎ All reports share to Laundry head and production concern head for smooth production from the beginning of development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have wash R&D Experience
∎ Minimum experience 6 years
∎ Mus have good knowledge MS Office
∎ Should have basic communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Should be proficient in the use of computer, especially MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
∎ Perfect dyeing color matching ability
