Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the immediate appointment to the Assistant Manager/Manager (Marketing & Merchandising) position, who has solid experience in factory-based merchandising within 100% export-oriented Knit Garments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage assigned buyer accounts, maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring satisfaction through clear, timely communication.
  • Manage the Marketing & Merchandising team for the smooth functioning of the Marketing & Merchandising operations
  • Drive the development of new samples based on buyer specifications, market trends, and production capabilities.
  • Prepare accurate product costing and confidently negotiate pricing with international buyers, balancing profitability and market expectations.
  • Liaise with production, planning, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure seamless order execution and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor order lifecycle, including fabric/trim sourcing, approvals, and critical deadlines to avoid delays.
  • Monitor T&A (Time & Action) plans and ensure all milestones are met.
  • Provide clear status updates and risk assessments to internal stakeholders for informed decision-making.
