Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure LEAN leadership to implement new product line/ process to reduce development lead time
∎ Establishment of centralized industrial engineering team along with handling man-machine optimization and system re-engineering
∎ Ensure goals and assignments with each industrial engineer and provide continuous management guidance and feedback
∎ Product Costing & make Production Plan with confirmation of style's SMV and Efficiency
∎ Establishment of GSD database library with technical advancement on creating standard features for the quick generating of GSD analysis
∎ Verify the style-wise Operation Bulletin; set the man, machine, target
∎ Setup SOP and drive KPI through CFT for each section
∎ Draft and design the layout of equipment, materials and workplace to illustrate maximum efficiency using IE method/ tools
∎ Statistical analysis based on various reports/ data of productivity, efficiency monitoring for management appraisal
∎ Provide the minute based production capacity for offering order % from customer
∎ Introduce modern production techniques with lean applications to minimize the cost and factory capacity improvement
∎ Conduct the training sessions for other personnel's about Industrial Engineering
∎ Problem solving through Root Cause Analysis, Pareto Chart & block out Fishbone Diagram.
