knit garment sewing machine, product engineering (knit garments), Sewing Machine Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain sewing machines and related equipment.
∎ Follow up effectiveness & maintenance of all types of machines.
∎ Handle whole factory maintenance related task.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all documentary work.
∎ Use machine tool manuals, technical documents to research and diagnose mechanical/electrical problems.
∎ Train, mentor and coach new and current employees
∎ Maintaining machine parts list & ensure arrangement of spare parts for quick maintenance.
∎ Critical thinking including using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
∎ Arrange machines reviewing the line layout sheet.
∎ Ensure worker's safety providing eye guard, pulley guard, needle guard or metal hand gloves etc.
∎ Solve any type of problems of machines through co-ordination with related departments in running line quickly.
∎ Attend the pre-production meeting for the sack of buyer requirement.
∎ Monitor Disposal & Sharp tools handling are properly maintained.
∎ Other duties as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Having sound knowledge in computer literacy.
∎ Must have close visual acuity to notice errors and/or defects.
∎ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
∎ Maintaining poise, professionalism and working independently without supervision.
∎ Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
