• Bachelor of Law (LLB)
• Master of Law (LLM)

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies

• Age 35 to 50 years
• Only Male

• Must be a member of Bangladesh Bar Council.

• Must be expert in both Bangla and English typing and drafting

• Computer literacy is must especially in MS office

• Manage work independently and execute tasks given by the management

• Manage all legal activities related to land acquisition, registration, and mutation.

• Verify, prepare, and preserve all land and property-related documents properly.

• Handle and supervise all types of company litigation (civil, criminal, labor, or others).

• Maintain regular communication with government offices, courts, and relevant authorities.

• Ensure accurate and timely payment of all land taxes and fees, both online and offline.

• Review and draft various agreements, contracts, and legal documents of the company.

• Provide legal advice and guidance to the management on company matters.

• Work closely with the HR, Finance, and Operations departments for smooth legal and administrative functions

• Renewal all license related to the company
