Must be expert in both Bangla and English typing and drafting
Computer literacy is must especially in MS office
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage work independently and execute tasks given by the management
Manage all legal activities related to land acquisition, registration, and mutation.
Verify, prepare, and preserve all land and property-related documents properly.
Handle and supervise all types of company litigation (civil, criminal, labor, or others).
Maintain regular communication with government offices, courts, and relevant authorities.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of all land taxes and fees, both online and offline.
Review and draft various agreements, contracts, and legal documents of the company.
Provide legal advice and guidance to the management on company matters.
Work closely with the HR, Finance, and Operations departments for smooth legal and administrative functions
Renewal all license related to the company
