Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in Finance/Accounting with CA (CC) from any reputed organization.
∎ Candidate who have completed CA Application level will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct regular Audit, unannounced Audit & special Audit assigned by the Management.
∎ Able to reconcile, cash book, party ledger, money receipt challan etc.
∎ To obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documents, financial documents, all data, previous report, delivery order/chalan, receipt voucher, expenditure voucher etc.
∎ To check all kinds of bill vouchers & records such as cash book, ledger book, accounts etc.
∎ To check & review all kinds of transaction as per company law, policy & procedure.
∎ To develop and execute the annual audit plan and perform duties necessary to achieve the internal audit objectives.
∎ To perform and control full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability.
∎ To Prepare and present monthly audit report to the senior management on a regular basis
∎ To identify Loopholes and recommend risk aversion measure and cost saving.
∎ To Maintain open communication with Management and audit department.
∎ To conduct follow-up audit to monitor management interventions.
∎ To carry out in-depth review of field work and working paper files to ensure that the work performed supports the conclusions reached, the evidence obtained is sufficient and appropriate to support the audit observations and conclusions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have working experience at similar position in any reputed Sweaters factory/Garments/Group of companies
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Internal Audit, Cash Management, Accounts
∎ The applicant must have experience in Audit function
∎ Knowledge on Tax and VAT is desirable
∎ Very good writing skill in English & good interpersonal skill
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge in Computer, Internet & IT
∎ Able to operate Tally/ERP/ Accounting Software
