Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process and also manage the employee new employee confirmation procedures.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
∎ Manage and oversee the appropriate compensation & benefits strategy for all employees.
∎ Issues job description to all employees along with SMART KPI.
∎ Conduct Disciplinary Action as per the procedures of Bangladesh Local Labor Law.
∎ Overall follow up of employee’s Attendance Management, Leave Management & Employee Database & personal file.
∎ Maintaining liaison with local govt. offices (DC, Industrial Police, RAB, Local police station, Titas gas, DESA, etc.)
∎ Monitor, evaluate and develop operating budgets relating to Administration within the department, expenditures for entire administrative operation in a cost effective manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have good knowledge on Bangladesh Local Labor & Rules.
∎ Proven working experience in HR Filed.
∎ People oriented and results driven.
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
∎ In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Salary: Negotiable
