Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline. Additional qualification in PGDHRM will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible and follow up for the day-to-day Payroll operation of HR Department.
∎ Responsible for planning, developing and implementing allover HR payroll activities.
∎ Drive an effective compensation and benefits strategy in the organization.
∎ To support the HR team, solve payroll related problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third party social compliance audit.
∎ Follow up employee's payment, compensation & benefit, terminations, remuneration, conditions of service and other relevant matters regarding payroll.
∎ Follow up and ensure employees proper attendance, leave and other pay related features.
∎ To follow-up audit file of salary & others payment voucher.
∎ To prepare salary summery & top sheet.
∎ Follow up monthly Employee payment and reconciliation.
∎ Prepare regular HR Payroll reports.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sound knowledge in operation of HR E.R.P software.
∎ Able to work independently with tight deadline and strict to SOP.
∎ Good in handling different level of employees.
∎ Good Team player, able to interact & communicate effectively with other departments.
∎ Must have knowledge in MS Office, E-Mail with good manners and correct, clear texts.
Salary: Negotiable
