Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining staff records, personal file & HRMS – employee data.
∎ Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions for the HRM Department & others - as and when required.
∎ Provide reports on all areas of HR, Payroll and Learning and Development, HR policy, Best Practice and Workforce.
∎ Ensure that the company complies with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation.
∎ Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HRM Department including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems and management of the HR budget.
∎ Oversees the daily workflow of the HRM Department.
∎ Provides constructive and timely Performance Evaluations (twice in a year) Program of the Organization.
∎ Handles Discipline, Grievances and termination of employees in accordance with Labor Law.
∎ Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
∎ Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
∎ Develops and implements departmental budget and employee Final settlement Process.
∎ Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff & other employees of the Organization.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Job Context
∎ As the Assistant Manager HR, you will play a pivotal role within the Human Resources Management Department (HRMD) under the overarching leadership of the Head of HR. Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring the smooth execution of HR strategies, programs, and initiatives. You will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining compliance, and supporting the overall transformation and cultural embedding goals of the organization.
