Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ PGD in HRM will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Buyers Compliance (BSCI, Factory HR Administration, Factory HR Administration in Garments Industry, General HR, HR and compliance, HR Operations, HR Policy, HRIS/ HR Database Management, HRM, Human Resources & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage an efficient and effective HR management system is in place to support all the employees of the organization & ensure their well being.
∎ Look after general office administrative activities. Supervision and control of duties and responsibilities of support staffs (HR & Admin dept.)
∎ Plan and conduct new employees orientation and employees development plan
∎ KPI set and run it successfully (All categories employees)
∎ Follow up employees (Officer, Staff & Workers) attendance (Presence, Leave,& absent)
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh labor laws (with latest amendment)
∎ Maintain/Reserve all kinds of official records (Including contracts, agreements, policies etc)
∎ Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of HR, Admin & Compliance.
∎ Able to handle all type of Compliance audits (Social/Technical/Fire & Safety/Building and Electric Safety/BSCI/ Sedex/WRAP/Environment/Oeko-tex / ICS/C-TPAT/ /ACCORD / GOTS/ OCS and others Certification Audits)
∎ Have to improve the operational systems and policies, develop MIS/ reporting system.
∎ Have to manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for position vacancies within the company.
∎ Have to manage annual staff surveys to measure staff morale and organization climate, then develop and implement effective strategies.
∎ Have to formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment
∎ Carry out any other tasks which assigned by the management authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A good command of communication skills written and oral Bengali and English is very essential.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and leadership quality is much desired.
∎ The applicant Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations.
