Job Responsibilities:
∎ To do Day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per the set Recruitment & Selection Policy & Procedure and ensure that fair recruitment is followed.
∎ Prepare attendance report in coordination with the IT Dept.
∎ To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as updated.
∎ Develop a strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization, if required.
∎ To maintain & prepare employee 'Resign List' and 'New Recruitment List' for every running month.
∎ To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ To maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
∎ Motivate, Counsel the staff to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
∎ Assist & coordinate the performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
∎ Maintaining HR Software and keep update all information a regular basis;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Group Of Company, Multinational Companies.
∎ Proven experience as an HR and Admin Asst. Manager or a similar role, preferably in a Bangladeshi company.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
∎ Strong understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits administration.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
∎ Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
∎ Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
∎ Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
∎ Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
∎ Ethical and trustworthy conduct, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
