∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be experience in an export oriented Knitted Garments Unit.
∎ Should be able to manage more than 36 sewing lines.
∎ Coordination with merchandising team, Shipment Planning & Allocation.
∎ Plan and execute the coming order by managing capacity both inside and outside of the organization and estimate the future work load, set strategic plan to execute and give necessary directives to concern departments.
∎ Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, estimate production cost and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures and activities.
∎ Developing and implementing systems, standards and procedures to improve the planning and loading processes, so as to meet customer needs.
∎ Overseeing the preparation of the necessary reports and schedules such as given below to facilitate managerial and operational decision making.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned.
