Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Diploma degree in Textile Technology.
∎ Masters/ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Educational qualification for highly experienced candidate may be relaxed

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the most accurate finishing specification to be established.
∎ Smooth finishing machine run to be assured in all the technical aspects.
∎ Responsible for finishing R & D.
∎ Ensure finish fabric parameters, Q.A. reports are meet with buyer standard before forwarding the fabric to QA department.
∎ Responsible for daily finishing production out put & hitting the daily targets with least rejection.
∎ Any other tasks assign by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Word, Excel.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
