Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently leading, controlling the research & development team to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Analyze, develop new product, new way of production and improve ways of production process considering the existing & future market trend.
∎ Analyze the market trend & develop new fabric as future forecasting.
∎ Analyzing client's requirements for Particular Fabrics and Development as per Buyers' requirements.
∎ Intensive Work with QA team of Knitting & Dyeing dept. to setup effective technique and evaluation mechanisms to improve quality & innovate new fabrics.
∎ Coordinate Knitting, dyeing dept to achieve desired quality & trouble shooting in all aspect of fabrics development with improve existing process.
∎ Experimenting with textile to improving quality of fabric as looks, feel, texture and durability as well as cost effective fabric production.
∎ To improved production flow, process minimization and optimum use of available resources.
∎ Developing service standard with operating procedure for achieving business excellence in coordination with suppliers and customers.
∎ Coordinating with yarn & dyes procurement for cost effective fabric production & innovate newness.
∎ Maintain & preserve all documents of R&D techniques for further implementation.
∎ Preserve all development fabrics by following standard way for buyer’s presentation.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge about Fabric quality.
∎ Knowledge about international quality standards.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computer MS Office packages.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
