Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the most accurate dyeing profiles are being fed in the dyeing MC PLC.
∎ Smooth dyeing machine run to be assured in all the technical aspects.
∎ Ensure the most accurate functioning of Lawer & SEDO Master central control software operations with ZERO delay.
∎ Accurate & Effective Plan Board scheduling in dyeing and creating/Dyeing Profiles/Creating dispensing programs and on line trouble shooting with the manufacturers.
∎ Ensure that all the recipe are reconfirmed on actual yarn and MLR and recipe are ready in advance.
∎ Cross check recipe & combination of dyes & program of particular color in every batch & every machine before loading of fabric in dyeing machine.
∎ Trained the subordinates on the process at each stage and follow the dyeing check points to increase the Lab to Bulk RFT and batch to batch RFT ro reduce the rework and increase the productivity with improved quality and cost.
∎ Any other tasks assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Word, Excel.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
