Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the capability to run the full HR & Admin department of factory.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge on HR, Admin and Compliance in a Textile Industry (Spinning Mill).
∎ Sound knowledge on Labor Law & Rules, Factories Act, Fire prevention, and Fire Fighting law.
∎ Must be able to work with attendance, payroll management & all other HR & Compliance issues.
∎ Executing of company's administrative plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
∎ Supervising Attendance & Leave Management, Final Settlement Issues, and Disciplinary issues.
∎ Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of the workplace.
∎ Creating policies set up for the organization & implement in effective way as required buyer's Code of Conduct/Labor Law.
∎ Having experienced on facing audit for Higg, OEKO-TEX, OCS, GOTS, GRS & RCS.
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up; regularly as per CAP submitted.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
