∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Credit, SME Finance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prospects new clients and assists them for loan application.
∎ Achieve monthly target of loan disbursement and collection.
∎ Maintain portfolio quality.
∎ Analysis of financial status (Profit and loss A/c, Balance sheet, cash flow and ratio) to evaluate the credit worthiness of the borrower.
∎ Provide necessary quality service to the clients.
∎ Maintain good official relationship with the clients.
∎ Conducts loan appraisal and collects detailed information (personal, business, and guaranties) and arrange to opens new loan account.
∎ Maintain and update office files and register.
∎ Prepares and execute loan contracts and arrange for disbursement of loan in kind
∎ Ensure proper documentation before disbursement.
∎ Maintain installment transfer of the accounts s/he is dealing with.
∎ Ensure periodical reporting to the concerned management.
∎ Perform any assigned job as and when required.
∎ Attend meeting and other forums.
∎ Ensure full compliance with all in-place LAFL policies & procedures and with audit recommendations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in SME segment will be preferable
∎ Knowledge of customer service principles
∎ Sound knowledge in relevant computer skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Excellent selling skills
∎ Excellent organization & management skills
∎ Good analytical ability
∎ Good problem identification & solving skill
Salary: Negotiable
