∎ Graduation in Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) / Material Science and Engineering (MSE) from any University of Bangladesh. MBA degree is Preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Flexible Packaging, Foil Printing and Packaging
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for pre-planning of production by analysis job orders of previous and upcoming 3-4 months and also determine the required Materials as per specification of SKU and forward to the store dept. for further process
∎ Ensure the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production by coordinating with Store, Procurement Dept. & Plant Head
∎ Track production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends
∎ Responsible to Schedule and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products
∎ Schedule and oversees the supply and delivery of materials and products
∎ Ensure that materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are innovative & cost-effective by coordinating with Production, QC Dept. & Plant Head
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in flexible packaging industry
∎ Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and Supply Chain Management
∎ Working knowledge of MS Office especially in Excel (V lookup, Pivot Table, Chart etc.)
∎ Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills
∎ Interpersonal and Communication skill
