Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters in any discipline
∎ Diploma in HR Management/ Compliance from any reputed institution will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Performance & Career Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Handle the HR issues of a huge number of employee/workforce
∎ To take key role in HR recruitment process
∎ To develop & implement appraisal policy
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules (Srom Bidhimala).
∎ Ensure the factories always prepared/ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, Technical/Quality Assurance
∎ Audit & Security System Audit (C-TPAT), FCCA, SCS, GSV Eetc.
∎ Ensure Access/Right to Inspection during buyer's Audits.
∎ Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditors certain minor findings /discrepancies during audit.
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted/given.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers compliance inspection
∎ To lead a team and make them same skilled to identify and solve any sort of problem
∎ And also carry out any special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of working with export oriented RMG-Textiles sector is required .
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area of General HR & Administrative issues, Performance & Career Management, Compensation/ Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development etc.
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office package
∎ Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
∎ Experience in conducting various Buyer & Compliance related audit WRAP, BSCI, ACCORD & ALLIANCE

Salary: Negotiable
