Strong understanding of QMS, ERP systems, production planning, and cost control.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sourcing, Compliance, and SCM teams.
Sound knowledge of audit preparation, material flow, and inventory utilization.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure on-time delivery of finished goods as per production plan.
- Maintain quality standards through QMS and oversee bulk approvals.
- Minimize process loss, cost per minute (CPM), and machine downtime.
- Coordinate with supply chain, QA, and production teams for smooth workflow.
- Supervise packing accuracy, order closing, and material utilization.
- Implement 5S/6S, ensure ERP data accuracy, and support lean initiatives.
- Enforce discipline, safety, and compliance on the production floor.
- Train and develop floor staff; conduct regular performance reviews.
