Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall activities of the Cement Delivery Department.
∎ Liaise with Cement marketing, Distribution, Logistic, Packing house & other departments to ensure smooth & timely delivery.
∎ Coordinate with packing house & store departments to ensure type wise empty bag inventory and to make sure uninterrupted delivery as well.
∎ Liaise with distribution & Logistic Department to ensure smooth traffic movement inside & around the manufacturing facility.
∎ Take timely decision regarding loading on priority basis by road or river, in consultation with distribution & packing house department.
∎ Ensure proper record keeping of Cement Delivered.
∎ Prepare and maintain report of consignments of material not delivered within reasonable time and submit to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good organizing, planning, coordination, and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work in direct and cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Should have personnel management skill, dispute handling skill, problem solving skill.
∎ Computer literacy is must
∎ Place Posting: Unique Cement Industries Ltd. Meghnaghat, Sonargaon, Narayanganj and transferable to other site of UCIL or any other BU of MGI.
