Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

• BBA/MBA(Finance)/M.S.C with a minimum CGPA of 3.00

Experience

Additional Requirements

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Bengali.

• Strong skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.

• Minimum 03 years of work experience in the relevant sector.

Responsibilities & Context

• Demonstrating a thorough understanding of banking, financial institutions, and related industry knowledge.

• Developing a strong pipeline of good quality investment opportunities.

• Preparing project appraisal reports, financial models, risk grading models, agenda papers, memos, presentations for Board meetings.

• Reviewing and finalizing investment documents.

• Assisting in closing of fund arrangement deals through preparation of information memorandum and financial model, meeting with potential borrowers and lenders.

• Fund arrangements deal with the preparation of IM, financial model, meeting with potential lenders and closing deals.

• Performing function and monitoring financial, operational, environmental & social performance of projects.

• Meeting prospective clients, maintaining liaison with regulatory authorities, bilateral and multifunctional institutions, etc.

• Attending the requirements of prospective clients, maintain liaison with regulatory authorities, bilateral and multilateral institutions, etc.

• Assisting in completing deals and strategy related activities.

• Performing any additional task assigned by the Head of the Department.
