  • Expertise in MS office tools & Social media pages, platforms & CRM Software;
  • Well communication skill in both Bangla & English.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for some proactive, highly motivated and service oriented ‘Asst. Manager-Sales’ for our all Beauty Salon units & Training Institute to lead their responsible branch, drive business growth and ensure exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate need to be passionate about the beauty industry, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record as a Managerial/Coordinator/In-charge role, optimizing sales, and maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.

Office Hour: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM;

Working days: 06 days in week (Work at office).

Weekend: Friday.

Job Location: Kalabagan, Dhaka-1205.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and yearly targets;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key accounts;

  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure client acquisition;

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns;

  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present updates to management;

  • Train, guide, and support sales executives to achieve individual and team goals;

  • Handle client queries and resolve issues with professionalism;

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities;

  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.



Job Other Benifits:

    Probation Period: 06 month;

    Increment: Yearly & Based on performance;

    Bonus: Twice a year (after complete the probation Period of 06 month).
